Privacy policy

Effective date: June 5, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to manchotsleep.com, our business-program domains manchottrade.com and manchotpartners.com, and any related services operated by Primeworks Industrial Inc., a Georgia corporation doing business as Manchot.

If anything here is unclear, email us at support@manchotsleep.com. We'd rather you ask than guess.

Section 02

What We Collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what your browser or device tells us automatically.

What you give us (orders, sign-ups, contact)

Name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number

Order and purchase history

Payment card details — processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe (we do not see or store full card numbers)

Any other information you choose to send us (support emails, reviews, Cradle program applications)

Business inquiry information, if you contact us through our Trade Program: company name, website, business type, number of units or locations you manage, your name, job title, work email, and phone number

What your browser tells us automatically

IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system

Pages you viewed, how long you stayed, referring URL, and approximate location based on your IP address

Interactions with the website, such as clicks, scrolling, page navigation, and session activity

Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and information about whether a visit, purchase, or other action may be connected with an advertisement

Business contact information from other sources

If your company appears to be a fit for our Trade Program, we may obtain limited business contact information about you — name, job title, company, business email, and business phone — from publicly available sources and licensed business-contact databases. We use this information only to send relevant business communications about our Trade Program, never for consumer marketing.

Every message we send this way includes a working unsubscribe. If you opt out, or ask us to delete your information, we honor the request and add your address to a permanent suppression list so you are not contacted again. To opt out or request deletion at any time, email support@manchotsleep.com with the subject "Business contact opt-out."

What we do not collect: government-issued ID numbers, social security numbers, biometric data, precise GPS location, or health records.

Section 07

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies that are required for the website to operate, analytics technologies that help us understand how the website is used, and advertising technologies that help us measure the results of our advertising. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties.

Where consent is required, non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you provide consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences.” For more information about individual cookie categories and your choices, see our Cookie Policy.

Our cookie banner is presented where required by applicable law based on your location. Because of the regions we currently sell in, you may not see a banner, and the “Cookie preferences” control may not appear in the footer. In that case, you can use the “Your privacy choices” link in our website footer, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email support@manchotsleep.com with the subject “Privacy request.”

Analytics and Session Recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and reconstructed session replay. Clarity may collect information about page views, clicks, scrolling, navigation between pages, referring pages, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. It uses cookies and similar technologies to help connect these interactions into a visit.

Clarity reconstructs website interactions rather than creating a conventional video recording. By default, Clarity masks content that it identifies as sensitive, including content entered into input fields, numbers, and email addresses, and masked content is not uploaded to Clarity. We do not intentionally configure Clarity to collect payment card details or other sensitive checkout information.

Microsoft processes information in accordance with its own privacy practices. You can learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find our website and move through it. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, time spent on a page, referring source, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address, and may set or read cookies or similar identifiers depending on your consent choices and browser settings.

We use the resulting reports to understand which pages people use and where a page may be unclear or difficult to use. More information about Google’s processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising and Conversion Measurement

We use Google Ads and related technologies to understand whether our advertising leads to website visits, purchases, or other actions. Google may receive information such as the page visited, the action completed, referring information, browser and device information, IP address, and advertising or cookie identifiers. Google may also set or read cookies or similar identifiers, depending on your consent choices, browser settings, and Google account settings.

We use the resulting reports to attribute conversions, measure campaign performance, and improve how we allocate our advertising budget. More information about Google’s processing is available in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Enhanced Conversions

When you complete a purchase or another measured conversion, we may use Google Ads Enhanced Conversions. Depending on how the feature is configured, this may involve sending Google a SHA-256-hashed version of first-party customer information that you provided to us, such as your email address, phone number, name, or address, together with information about the conversion.

Hashing is a one-way process and occurs before this customer information is sent to Google, so Google does not receive that information from us in its ordinary readable form. Google attempts to match the hashed information with signed-in Google accounts associated with earlier advertising interactions. This helps us attribute purchases and improve the accuracy of conversion measurement. We do not send payment card numbers through Enhanced Conversions.

Google’s use of Enhanced Conversions data is subject to its customer-data and limited-use policies. You can learn more in About Enhanced Conversions and How Google uses Enhanced Conversion data.

Section 08
