Questions, answered

When do I get paid?
Monthly, via PayPal. Commissions are confirmed 45 days after delivery, then included in the next payout cycle.
What if a customer returns the mattress?
Returned orders don't earn commission — that's what the 45-day confirmation window is for. Confirmed commissions are never clawed back.
How do I know my sales are being counted?
Two ways. Your dashboard shows every click and order in real time. And your discount code is hard attribution: if it's used, the sale is yours.
Can I join both the Affiliate and Creator programs?
Yes — many creators start here and move into a paid collaboration later.
