Warranty Policy
This is a LIMITED WARRANTY. This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranties provided by Primeworks Industrial Inc. on Manchot mattresses and pillows purchased through manchotsleep.com.
A mattress should support your body consistently over time. We design our products around long-term structural stability. This warranty backs that design.

This is a limited warranty — it covers manufacturing and structural defects, not normal wear, comfort preference, or damage from misuse.
Mattress Warranty — Full Terms
2.1 Coverage Period
10 years from the date of original purchase by the original purchaser. The warranty does not transfer with the mattress and does not extend if the mattress is resold, gifted, or otherwise passed to a new owner.
2.2 What the Mattress Warranty Covers
We will repair or replace a Manchot mattress if it shows one of the following manufacturing or structural defects during the warranty period:
Structural Sagging
Visible body impressions or sagging in the sleep surface measuring more than 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) when the mattress is unloaded (with no body weight on it) and not caused by an inadequate foundation, misuse, or normal wear.
Note: Mattress materials naturally soften and conform over time. Body impressions under 1.5 inches are normal and not considered a defect.
Coil System Failure
Broken coils or coil unit defects that cause measurable loss of structural support under normal use.
Foam Structural Failure
Cracking, splitting, or abnormal deterioration of foam layers in a way that affects the mattress's structural support, under normal use.
Seam or Assembly Defects
Failure of seams, stitching, or structural assembly that occurs under normal use and is not caused by misuse or damage.
2.3 What the Mattress Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal softening of foam and surface materials over time
- Body impressions under 1.5 inches
- Comfort preference changes (for first-100-nights comfort concerns, see our Return Policy)
- Stains, spills, burns, tears, cuts, or other physical damage
- Damage from improper handling, folding, bending, or transportation
- Damage from improper cleaning or chemical treatment
- Damage caused by pets, children, or third parties
- Use without a proper foundation (see Section 2.4)
- Use in commercial settings (hotels, rental properties, dormitories, etc.)
- Mattresses purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect structural support
- Damage from acts of nature, pest infestation, or accidents
2.4 Foundation Requirement
✓ Acceptable Foundations
- Platform beds with a solid surface
- Adjustable bases
- Slatted frames with slats no more than 3 inches apart
- Box springs in good structural condition
✗ Inadequate Support (may void coverage)
- Slatted frames with gaps greater than 3 inches
- Damaged, sagging, or unstable bed frames
- Placing the mattress directly on the floor for extended periods
- Bowed or warped foundations
2.5 Care Requirements
- Keep the mattress free of significant stains (we recommend using a mattress protector)
- Do not fold, bend, or modify the mattress
- Follow the care instructions provided in your Welcome Booklet and at manchotsleep.com/care
Cradle™ Pillow Warranty — Full Terms
3.1 Coverage Period
3 years from the date of original purchase by the original purchaser. The warranty does not transfer with the pillow.
3.2 What the Pillow Warranty Covers
Structural Collapse of Main Support Chamber
Failure of the internal structural component that provides the pillow's core support, not caused by misuse.
Seam Failure
Stitching or seam failure under normal use.
Cover Defects
Material defects in the outer cover (cracks, splits, abnormal deterioration) under normal use.
3.3 What the Pillow Warranty Does Not Cover
- Surface softening from years of normal use
- Comfort preference changes
- Stains, odors, discoloration
- Damage from washing or cleaning not following care instructions
- Damage from misuse, including weight placed on the pillow other than head and neck
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect structural function
- Pillows received as complimentary items (Cradle Program, promotional offers)
3.4 Care Requirements
Follow the care instructions provided with your Cradle™ pillow and at manchotsleep.com/care. Improper cleaning or deviation from care instructions may void coverage.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@manchotsleep.com with subject "Warranty claim"
- Include your order number (or proof of purchase), photos of the issue taken from several angles, and — for sagging claims — a photo showing the mattress on its foundation with a measurement of the indentation while unloaded
- We review claims within 5 business days of receiving complete information and respond with next steps
We may ask for additional photos, measurements, or details, including the model and condition of your foundation.
What Happens If Your Claim Is Approved
If we confirm a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option:
- Repair the affected item, or
- Replace the affected item with the same model, or
- Provide a comparable replacement if the original model is no longer available
In the rare case that none of the above is possible, Manchot will issue a prorated refund calculated as: (remaining months in the warranty period ÷ total months in the warranty period) × original purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes). Total period: 120 months for mattresses; 36 months for Cradle pillows.
Replacement shipping: For confirmed warranty claims, Manchot covers the cost of shipping the replacement and arranging removal of the defective item. Where local disposal is required, Manchot will reimburse reasonable documented costs up to $100 on submission of a receipt.
Warranty on replacements: The replacement item is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new full-term period.
What This Warranty Does Not Promise
This is a limited warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- This warranty replaces all other express warranties on the product
- Any implied warranties on the mattress are limited in duration to ten (10) years; on the Cradle pillow to three (3) years from original purchase
- Manchot is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any defect (including loss of sleep, time off work, replacement of bedding, etc.)
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental damages. In those states, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Original Purchaser Only
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from manchotsleep.com or an authorized Manchot retailer. It does not apply to:
- Used or second-hand purchases
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Mattresses or pillows received as gifts, unless you can provide the original purchaser's order number or confirmation email
Your order confirmation email, order number, or a Manchot receipt may be required to validate a claim.
Residential Use Only
These warranties apply to products used in normal residential settings (private homes, apartments). Products used in the following are not covered:
- Hotels, motels, bed-and-breakfasts, vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
- Hospitals, care facilities, dormitories, military barracks
- Office spaces, lounges, or any commercial setting
- Rental properties where the mattress is provided as part of the rental

Changes to This Warranty
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to products purchased after the updated effective date. Products you have already purchased are covered by the warranty in effect on your purchase date.
Manchot maintains prior versions of this Warranty Policy and will provide the version in effect on your purchase date on request to support@manchotsleep.com.
