Cookie Policy

Effective date: June 5, 2026 | Last updated: August 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar tracking technologies are used on manchotsleep.com, operated by Primeworks Industrial Inc. (a Georgia corporation doing business as Manchot). It works alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the information collected through these technologies.

Section 01

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They help the site remember things — like what's in your cart, whether you're logged in, or what language you prefer.

"Similar technologies" includes pixels, tags, beacons, local storage, and SDK identifiers. For simplicity, we use "cookies" to refer to all of these in this policy.

Section 02

Why We Use Them

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Make the website work, including carts, checkout, account access, and security
  • Remember your preferences between visits
  • Understand how visitors find, navigate, and interact with the website
  • Create heatmaps and reconstructed session replays that help us identify unclear or difficult-to-use pages
  • Measure whether advertisements lead to visits, purchases, or other actions
  • Support advertising attribution and Enhanced Conversions
  • Run our creator, referral, and affiliate programs, and understand whether our email and SMS messages led to visits or purchases
  • Collect and display product reviews
  • Detect fraud and protect against abuse

Where consent is required, we do not use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies unless you have provided the applicable consent through our cookie banner.

Section 03

Categories of Cookies on This Site

We group cookies and similar technologies into five categories. Strictly Necessary cookies are required for the website to operate. The other categories may be declined where our cookie banner provides that choice.

About Enhanced Conversions: Enhanced Conversions is a conversion-measurement feature rather than a separate cookie. When enabled, it may send Google a SHA-256-hashed version of first-party customer information provided during checkout, such as an email address, phone number, name, or address, together with information about the conversion. The customer information is hashed before it is sent to Google and is not sent by us in its ordinary readable form. We do not send payment card numbers through Enhanced Conversions. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Section 04

Third-Party Services

Some cookies and similar technologies are provided or processed by third parties. We choose why these services are used on our website, while each provider processes information according to its own privacy practices and our applicable agreements with that provider.

Section 05

How Long Cookies and Related Data Stay

Cookies may be either session cookies or persistent cookies:

  • Session cookies — generally expire when you close your browser
  • Persistent cookies — remain until they expire, you delete them, or you withdraw the applicable consent

The duration of individual Shopify, Microsoft, and Google cookies varies according to the cookie’s purpose, your browser settings, your consent choices, and the provider’s current configuration.

Cookie lifespan is different from the length of time that analytics or advertising records may be retained. Microsoft Clarity generally retains session replay data for 30 days. Selected, labeled, or favorited sessions and heatmap or click data may be retained for up to 9 months. Google Ads conversion and campaign information is retained according to our account settings and Google’s applicable retention policies. Google Analytics data is retained according to our property settings and Google’s applicable retention policies.

You can clear all cookies through your browser at any time. See Section 7.

Section 06

Your Choices

6.1 Our Cookie Banner

Our cookie banner is presented where required by applicable law based on your location. Because of the regions we currently sell in, you may not see a banner, and the "Cookie preferences" control may not appear in the footer. In that case, the choices described in Sections 6.4 and 6.5 remain available to you at any time.

Where enabled or required, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage individual categories. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Strictly Necessary cookies cannot be turned off because they are required for functions such as the cart, checkout, security, and privacy-preference storage.

6.2 Analytics Choices

You may decline Analytics cookies through Cookie preferences. When Analytics consent is denied, Microsoft Clarity should not set its analytics cookies, although limited cookieless or fragmented measurement may still occur where permitted and configured.

6.3 Advertising and Measurement Choices

You may decline Advertising and Marketing cookies through Cookie preferences. Your choice is communicated to applicable advertising technologies through the consent controls implemented on our website. Declining advertising cookies may reduce Google Ads’ ability to connect your visit or purchase with an earlier advertising interaction, but it does not affect your ability to browse the website or place an order.

6.4 Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising uses that may constitute targeted advertising, sale, or sharing under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

6.5 Residents of U.S. States with Applicable Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures of personal information. You may exercise that choice by:

  • Use the "Your privacy choices" link in our website footer, where shown
  • Use the cookie banner to decline Advertising and Marketing cookies
  • Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser
  • Email support@manchotsleep.com with the subject "Privacy request"

The "Your privacy choices" link is shown to visitors in the states where these rights apply. If you do not see it, the other options above are available to you at any time.

6.6 EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Where consent is legally required, non-essential cookies are not used unless you provide the applicable consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

6.7 Browser Settings

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings:

ChromeSettings → Privacy and security → Cookies
SafariPreferences → Privacy
FirefoxSettings → Privacy & Security
EdgeSettings → Cookies and site permissions

Note that blocking all cookies — including Strictly Necessary ones — will prevent the site from working properly (you won't be able to check out).

6.8 Opt Out of Specific Advertising Platforms

You can opt out of personalized advertising from major ad networks here:

Section 07

Clearing Cookies

To clear cookies already stored on your device, use your browser's "Clear browsing data" or "Clear history" feature. This removes all cookies — including the one that remembers your cookie preferences — so we will ask you again when you next visit.

Section 08

Children

This website is not directed to children, and Manchot does not knowingly use cookies to collect information from any user under 16, regardless of state. See the Privacy Policy for more.

Section 09

Changes to This Policy

Manchot updates this Cookie Policy when its use of cookies changes (for example, when adding or removing a tool). The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. The cookie banner will re-appear if a change requires new consent. Manchot maintains prior versions of this policy available on request to support@manchotsleep.com.
