The Sleep Lab

See what’s inside.
Understand why it’s there.

Visit our Tucker workshop to explore the construction behind Manchot. See how the center is reinforced, compare the feel of our mattresses, and understand what testing tells us about performance under repeated use.

Inside

1

Construction you can understand

Start with the actual specifications: the main coil zones, reinforced perimeter, and comfort and transition layers. The StasisLayer™ page explains the center-reinforcement layout in Essential™ and Signature™, including where their configurations differ.

2

Load testing.

The rigs apply repeated compression so we can measure how a mattress responds under load — a different check from looking at an unloaded mattress.

3

Structural comparison.

The same setup can run different builds through identical loading, so any differences appear under the same conditions rather than in description alone.

The space

Workshop
manchot sleep lab showroom exterior in tucker georgia

A real space in Tucker — the rigs, the cutaways, and a small showroom you can book.

Teardowns and load tests, on film.

This work will be published here with the method, the samples, and what each test can and cannot show.

Come see it for yourself.

Book a visit to the Tucker workshop. Lie on the mattresses, look at a cutaway, and see how the center is built. No sales floor, no pressure — just the product, open.
