We aim to deliver your Manchot products quickly and safely.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- The contiguous United States
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- International addresses
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all mattress orders within the contiguous United States.
For smaller items such as pillows or accessories, shipping fees may apply depending on order value.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Information
Mattresses are compressed and shipped in a box. Once delivered:
- Please bring the box indoors
- Carefully unbox the mattress
- Allow 24–48 hours for full expansion
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the package (if damaged)
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Manchot is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
