Return Policy
We want you to feel confident trying a Manchot mattress at home.
Sleep is personal, and sometimes it takes time for your body to adjust to a new support system. That’s why we offer a risk-free trial period.
100-Night Home Trial
Every Manchot mattress comes with a 100-night home trial. You can sleep on your mattress at home and decide if it’s the right fit. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within the trial period.
Trial Timeline
- Trial starts on the day your mattress is delivered
- A minimum 30-night adjustment period is required before initiating a return
- Returns must be requested within 100 nights of delivery
Why 30 Nights?
Your body often needs a few weeks to adapt to a new sleep surface.
How Returns Work
If you'd like to return your mattress:
- Contact our support team
- Provide your order number
- We’ll help arrange pickup or donation
Once the return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Mattress must be clean and undamaged
- Mattress must be used with a bed frame or foundation
- Mattress must be free of stains or abuse
For hygiene and safety reasons, heavily stained or damaged products cannot be returned.
Pickup or Donation
Depending on your location, we may arrange:
- Local pickup
- Donation to a local charity
- Recycling service
In some areas where pickup is not available, we may ask you to coordinate a local donation.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Pillows
- Bedding accessories
- Clearance items
- Promotional or bundled items
These products are considered personal use items and cannot be resold once opened.
Warranty vs Return
Our Return Policy is different from our Warranty Policy.
- Returns apply during the trial period
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects over time
