Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on manchotsleep.com. Operated by Primeworks Industrial Inc., a Georgia corporation. Part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. If anything here is unclear, email support@manchotsleep.com — we'd rather you ask than guess.

Section 01

Where We Ship

Manchot ships within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or internationally.

Section 02

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase, no separate handling fee. Sales tax calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

Section 03

How Your Order Ships

Your mattress ships compressed and rolled in a single box, delivered by a parcel carrier (FedEx or UPS). Shipping a mattress compressed is normal and does not affect performance.

The Cradle pillow ships in its own box. If your order includes more than one item, items may ship in separate boxes and arrive on different days.

Delivery is made to your address. The carrier does not bring the mattress indoors, unbox it, set it up, or remove an existing mattress.

Delivery Time

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing and delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, transit timing is in the carrier's hands.

Section 05

Tracking

When your order ships, Manchot sends a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within five (5) business days of placing your order, email support@manchotsleep.com.

Section 06

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped.

If a delivery cannot be completed, or a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, Manchot will contact you to arrange redelivery to a corrected address.

Section 07

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact Manchot within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and photos — Manchot will arrange a free replacement.

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it, email support@manchotsleep.com. Manchot will work with the carrier to locate the package and, where it cannot be recovered, send a replacement at no cost.

Section 08

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is delivered to your shipping address. Until delivery, a lost or damaged shipment is Manchot's responsibility to make right.

Section 09

Changes to This Policy

Manchot may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. For material changes, Manchot will post a notice on the website and email customers who have purchased in the prior twelve (12) months at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Prior versions available on request.
